LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (QCF)

 What are the qualifications about?

The BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Business Administration (QCF) is for candidates who work in have some knowledge and experience of administration systems. You may want to develop your skills to implement and monitor administrative procedures and systems, perhaps to move into a more management role.

Entry requirements

You will need a Level 2 in a relevant qualification prior to registering for this qualification, it is also likely that you will be seeking work within the business administrative sector, or may already be employed in a cross-sector role of function that involves responsibility for carrying out and managing business administrative operations and functions. There must also be sound understanding of English verbally and written) and problem solving skills in order to enrol.

Who are they for?

Anyone aged 16-18 or 19+

For people who want to work in administrative support roles in public or private sector organisations, or people who want to improve their administrative and supervisory skills.

Whilst on the course you will also be gaining Level 2 English, Maths & ICT Functional Skills qualifications, which you will receive a certificate for each once passing the online exam.

Progression

Candidates can progress to a higher Level Business Administration. Alternatively, learners may progress into the following job roles, for example, Office manager, Executive Assistant or Business Development Manager.
